Open E Cry Launches Mobile Trading Platform From iBroker

US futures broker Open E Cry, which was purchased earlier this year by GAIN Capital has recently launched mobile trading through an APP powered by technology provider iBroker. The iBroker APP which is available for both IOS and Android phones and teblets is cross asset and combines both futures and Forex trading. Along with providing charting and market depth features, the APP also provides users the ability to connect to their Twitter stream. After acquiring Open E Cry, one of GAIN’s desires was to achieve great cross selling of its forex franchise to it new futures client base and vice versa. Specifically, in the US where CFD trading is prohibited, the combining of futures and forex through a cross asset platform is aimed at providing greater variety of products to GAIN’s clients. The new APP also follows GAIN’s business model of promoting mobile trading where they have had success with the FOREX.com brand.
