Consumers gain access to flexible payment, including Buy Now, Pay Later, and instalments.
In the US, the Klarna Card simplifies shopping and payments through its integrated app.
Nets, a member of the European PayTech Nexi Group, has
announced a strategic partnership with Klarna, an AI-powered global payments
network and shopping assistant. The collaboration aims to introduce Klarna’s payment
methods to Nets’ merchant clientele across the Nordics.
Payment Solutions Integrated into Checkout
Under this partnership, Klarna’s payment solutions will be integrated
into the Nets checkout system, catering specifically to e-commerce merchants
operating in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

Nets seeks to bolster its position as a payments gateway
provider by integrating Klarna's offerings. This integration will enable Nets'
merchant partners to extend Klarna's payment options to consumers without the
need for multiple technical integrations, thereby streamlining the process.
“We strive to facilitate flexible, safe and convenient
payments for consumers shopping online,” said Johanna Tell, Head of Nordic
E-Commerce at Nets. “We know from experience that conversion rates at checkout
heavily rely on the availability of consumers’ preferred payment methods.
Klarna is many consumers’ preferred payment method across the Nordics, so its
addition to the Nets e-commerce platform will deliver more choice and
convenience, while increasing conversion rates for merchants.”
Consumer Choice Expanded

Consumers availing themselves of Klarna's services will have
the flexibility to select from a variety of payment options, including Buy Now,
Pay Later, and instalment products, thus enhancing their shopping experience.
Björn Bryngelson, Country Lead Sweden, Klarna, commented:
“Klarna and Nets have both been integral to the rapid development of the Nordic
e-commerce landscape for decades. We are thrilled that our partnership with
Nets - a major player in the Nordics - will now enable merchants to offer
Klarna’s flexible payment options to consumers, without the need for multiple
complex technical integrations. It’s a win-win for all - Klarna, Nets,
merchants and most importantly, consumers.”
Meanwhile, Klarna
has introduced the Klarna Card in the US, aiming to transform shopping and
payment experiences, as Finance
Magnates reported. Building on their success in the buy-now-pay-later
sector, Klarna offers consumers a smarter alternative to traditional credit
cards with transparent terms and integrated shopping features through their
app.

Altima CTO Sunil Jadhav: Solving Data Fragmentation & Lag for Brokers & Prop Firms
Altima CTO Sunil Jadhav: Solving Data Fragmentation & Lag for Brokers & Prop Firms
Altima CTO Sunil Jadhav sits down with Finance Magnates to discuss the core technology challenges facing CFD brokers and proprietary trading firms today.
Jadhav explains how the industry's reliance on batch processing and fragmented systems (where CRMs, risk tools, and trading platforms operate with separate 'sources of truth') leads to delayed data and inconsistent operational decisions. He argues that real-time event processing is essential for managing fast-moving trading activity and risk.
Learn how Altima's unified, event-driven architecture, connecting Altima CRM, Altima Prop, IB systems, and risk management through a single backbone, is designed to provide synchronous data and better operational coordination for modern brokerage and prop firm stacks.
Key Topics:
- Broker and Prop Firm Data Challenges
- The problem of delayed data processing (batch processing vs. real-time events)
- Fragmented systems and conflicting data sources
- Altima's unified, event-driven solution architecture
- The concept of a "risk-aware CRM"
- Built-in risk management in Altima Prop
