GeekWire was the first to report on the former Google employee Osama Bedier’s new position after going over recent SEC filings for PayRang. Also in the filings it was seen that PayRange has reieved recent funding in the amount of $2.6 million.
Bedier was appointed Chief of Google Wallet in 2011 after being poached by the Big G from his position at PayPal. In 2013, after Google Wallet failed to break the market as intended, Bedier left. He still kept payment and Ecommerce oriented positions by serving as director at WePay and Qiwi, as well as being an investor in Coin.
