accepted a new role as Chief Commercial Officer at Finstek. Finstek is a
technology provider specializing in flexible solutions for the financial
sector.
The company's offerings include MT4/MT5 White Label
solutions, MT4/MT5 Bridging, order routing and execution, aggregation, risk
management, warehousing solutions, reporting, and other fintech SaaS solutions
designed for financial institutions.
New Finstek CCO Announced
Before joining Finstek, Gruzin worked at Tools for Brokers.
He held the position of Head of Business Development APAC from June 2022 to
July 2024.
Prior to this, he was the Senior Sales Manager at Tools for Brokers
from January 2018 to June 2022. His earlier roles at the same company included
Account Manager from April 2017 to December 2018.

Earlier in his career, Gruzin served as Commercial Director
at RUSESTR from August 2011 to April 2017. His responsibilities there included
company and brand development, production process management, quality
management, and accounting.

Kalaitzis departed from Tools for Brokers to assume the position of Chief
Strategy Officer at FunderPro, a firm specializing in prop trading services. In
his new role, Kalaitzis will manage the Operations and Marketing departments,
focusing on aligning initiatives with FunderPro's strategic goals.
New cTrader Package Launched
Tools for Brokers has introduced
a new cTrader package designed for prop trading firms, as reported by Finance Magnates. This package
includes the cTrader Terminal Pack, cTrader Copy, and the cTrader Invite
Affiliate Program, along with Tools for Brokers' products like the Trade
Processor liquidity bridge and risk management solutions.
It also offers support for initial setup, migration, and
ongoing technical assistance. Additionally, Tools for Brokers launched a
cTrader Main Label package, a white label solution for companies with or
planning to obtain a full cTrader license. This package provides risk and
client management, round-the-clock technical support, and onboarding
assistance.
