The previous COO has assumed the position of CCO, a newly created role.
Both appointments came as internal promotions.
Tools For Brokers
Tools for Brokers, a technology provider to retail brokers and hedge funds, has made some changes in its leadership by appointing Albina Zhdanova as the new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Vladimir Viuchejskiy as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Both appointments came as internal promotions.
Key Appointments at Tools for Brokers
Viuchejskiy replaced Zhdanova for the role of COO. Meanwhile, Zhdanova’s new role as CCO has been freshly created by the company. Both of them are long-time employees of the technology-providing company and will report directly to Alexey Kutsenko, the Founder and CEO of Tools for Brokers.
Zhdanova will continue to be based in London, while Viuchejskiy will be stationed in Limassol, Cyprus.
Two C-Level Promotions
Albina Zhdanova, CCO at Tools For Brokers
Zhdanova joined Tools for Brokers in October 2012 in a Sales Manager and Marketing role and was promoted to COO after a year. She held the COO role for more than a decade.
In the new CCO role, her focus will be on external growth. She will further oversee new market penetration and the opening of new offices. She will also be overlooking every aspect of client relationships of the company.
“The CCO position gives me the opportunity to focus on our expansion into new markets and niches,” Zhdanova said in a statement.
Vladimir Viuchejskiy, COO at Tools for Brokers
Viuchejskiy joined Tools for Brokers in mid-2014 as a Technical Support Specialist. He became the Head of the Technical Support Department in 2018 and then led the Singapore Office for a year until Han Ong replaced him.
As the COO, he will be responsible for the company’s internal development strategy, which includes building procedures, streamlining workflows, and enhancing cooperation between back and front offices. His responsibilities will extend to the facilitation of product development and collaborations and integrations with partners.
“Growing together with Tools For Brokers for so many years, I have a deep understanding of the industry and our position in it, both current and potential,” Viuchejskiy mentioned. “Together with Albina and other managers, we are now forming a strong team of versatile leaders who have a clear vision of how to achieve our goals.”
