Povey’s Career

In his broad career of more than 20 years, Povey has worked with some of the leading financial services and technology companies around the world. He served as the Head of Video Banking at Barclays. During his time at Virgin Media, Povey was employed as a Senior Operations Leader.

“My motivation is transformation and innovation. I believe there are three key pillars underpinning excellent operations: delivering exceptional customer service, which creates the moments that matter; creating a powerful workforce and investing in people so they bring their best to work, and delivering a world-class application. I’m not just digital-first, I’m also operations-first. Every operation has a different output, a touchpoint that we can learn from and make improvements immediately. These are the moments that matter, the differentiators that others don’t deliver,” Povey commented.
