OneRoyal Expands Its C-Suite with Four Senior Executives

OneRoyal announced that it has expanded its C-Suite with four new senior executives, namely Michael Karakatsianis as Group Chief Operating Officer, Stelios Christodoulou as Chief Financial Officer, Sofia Mashovets as Chief Marketing Officer and Panayiotis Annivas as Chief Technology Officer.

The New C-Suite

Karakatsianis will take on the role of Group Chief Operating Officer. Before becoming a member of the new team, he worked as the COO for Skilling for three years. He had previously moved on from NAGA and FxPro.

Christodoulou is taking on the challenge of Chief Financial Officer. Having earlier contributed in excess of six years to FXPRIMUS as its CFO. He had started his career at PwC before changing his direction to FX and CFD firms, approximately eight years ago.

Mashovets will be the next Chief Marketing Officer. Before this opportunity, she left Axiance in late 2021 as the CMO. However, she had previously progressed from a similar position as she was also Group CMO at Axios Holding. Annivas is going to be the new CTO for the organisation. Prior to this position, he worked for TTCM Traders Trust as well as many other C-level roles at London Capital Group and FxPro, bringing a total of just over ten years in his field.

Implement Our New Vision

The new C-Suite bring around half a century’s worth of experience to OneRoyal. They will combine with the existing Board of Executives who will lead the company and ultimately decide upon its strategy.

The new members of the team will be located in Cyprus, as the company transforms the Limassol office to its global headquarters of the retail side. The headquarters of the institutional arm of the firm will remain in Sydney, Australia.
