In a press release, INX announced that Paz Diamant, a Product Specialist with software product delivery experience of more than twenty years, has been onboarded as its Chief Technology Officer to lead the INX trading platform operation and its future developments.
Diamant carries over two decade’s worth of experience in the banking and financial technology sector. He brings a broad skill set that not only includes leadership both directly and in matrix environments but experience in building and leading engineering teams. His specialties include financial trading platforms, system architecture and algorithmic hedging and trading. Additionally, he has extensive technical knowledge in design, code writing and risk management, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Decades of Experience
Currently, in addition to his new post, Diamant is a Product Advisor on the Advisory Board for Deltika LTD. He has been giving counsel since the beginning of 2020 in Israel on implementing new products with Deltika, xAI solutions, team.
Before Diamant was selected for this posting, he founded and then served as the Managing Director in R&D and Product for eToroX from early 2018. There, he directed the DEV teams and Product team for two years.
Prior to eToroX, Diamant took on the position of Product Manager - Trading Back-end at eToro. He specialized in Market making and working with liquidity providers to source hedging solutions for the Dealing-Room as well as filling several of other requirements for just over four years. Within that time, he also headed eToro’s blockchain set of products.

From the beginning of 2011, Diamant was an entrepreneur and business analyst for SNPD, providing financial algorithmic advice and developing new start-ups. He accomplished this for over seven years, which was mainly for financial software companies.
At ForexManage, Diamant became the CTO and Co-founder in the spring of 1999. Some of the responsibilities were product development and implementation from conception to fruition. Additionally, he established the R&D team of 25 staff including developers, Q&A and support. From there, he elevated to the role of CEO and fulfilled the requirements for almost eight and a half years. The duties consisted of full responsibility for a software development company, including business development, sales, management and innovation and being a member of the board.
A New Breed of Technology Leaders
Diamant's appointment comes just after INX's first security token IPO was cleared by the US regulators.
