On Thursday this week, it was announced that INGOT Financial Brokerage has enhanced its company in the Middle East. Recently, it opened a new representative office in Dubai and has named Adel Jibrin as the CEO of Operations.

Paysafe Onboards Daniel Henson as Its Chairman of Paysafe

Two days ago, Paysafe Limited shared that it has recruited Daniel Henson as the new Chairman of the Board.

Henson brings more than three decades of experience to the role. Also, his proven track record of propelling growth with demonstrated expertise in the capital markets, financial services and technology industries, has propelled him forward.

This news follows William P. Foley II’s decision to exit as Chairman to focus on other obligations.

Takeprofit Tech Promotes Valerie Styazhkova as Cyprus Office Head

Also, on Wednesday, Takeprofit Tech declared that it has elevated Valerie Styazhkova to the Head of its Cyprus office.

In the new post, she intends to be in charge of improving the company’s relationship with its existing local clients and partners.

“I am very pleased with the opportunity to work directly in Cyprus,” Styazhkova said.

Equiti Group, the financial services giant, shared with Finance Magnates that it has appointed Marta Ilbak as Global Head of Human Resources.

Ilbak has an in-depth comprehension of the Middle Eastern corporate sector. She succeeds Nigel Holmes who held the role of Global Head of HR since early 2017.

oneZero Promoted Nikolas Aresti as its new Operations Lead

oneZero increases Nikolas Aresti status by promoting him to Operations Lead in the Retail Segment.

Aresti has served oneZero as Senior Operations Engineer for fifteen months. Before this, he was promoted from Senior Operations Engineer but was based in Limassol, Cyprus. Additionally, he began as an Operations Engineer and stayed in the post for almost three years.

Trading 212 Names Raj Somal as a Non-Executive Director

Around mid-week, Trading 212 disclosed that it hired Raj Somal as a Non-Executive Director.

Previously, Somal worked for GPP Group as Group Legal Counsel. Later, she joined the Board of Directors in 2020. Her duties consist of Business Assurance (legal, compliance, risk) and HR at GPP.
