Fixi PLC, an online forex and CFDs brokerage company, has appointed Dutch-national Frederik Franx as Director. According to a regulatory filing with Companies House today, the appointment is effective as of this Friday.
The appointment of Franx follows a number of employment changes at the broker in recent months. Earlier this month, the firm announced through a regulatory filing that Kieran Price had stepped down from his position as Director on August 3, 2018.

In January this year, Price joined the company as Director and Chief Financial Officer. He succeeded Steven Reeves, who resigned as Director and left the company on the final day of January.
Price has extensive experience in the financial market. Before working for Fixi PLC, he was the CFO of Divisa UK, a provider of forex and CFD liquidity. He also worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland, ODL Securities and IFX Markets.
It is unclear whether Price has left the forex broker since vacating the directorship. According to his LinkedIn profile, he is still employed by the firm as its CFO. Finance Magnates reached out to both Price and Franx for comment, but did not receive a response as of press time.
