Joining Beeks from Object Trading, Peck will be responsible for the Sales and Marketing teams, with are focused on expanding business opportunities. His role will be key to align the company's technology innovations with the specific needs of buy and sell side clients.

While at Object Trading, Des ran sales efforts which helped drive demand for the company’s Managed Platform offering. He was hired as head of European Sales be later promoted to run the global Sales

Doubled client base by working with Exchanges and Brokers to promote Object Trading’s capabilities. He ran a successful account management approach growing the existing revenue stream with 66% growth from the existing client base.

During his tenure at Object Trading, the company’s client base more than doubled and its platform offering expanded into new geographies across Asia Pacific and Europe.

Prior to Object Trading, Des was at TMX Atrium, running business development and marketing, and before that at Radianz, where he held a range of senior manager positions across Account Management, Engineering and Product roles between 2000 and 2007. Des has an MSc in Telecommunications, a BEng in Electronics and is a Chartered Engineer as well as a post-graduate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
