BCS Global Markets announced that it has secured Evgeny Pavlovsky as its new Head of Business Management & Development.

In a press release shared with Finance Magnates, Evgeny Pavlovsky, an executive veteran with experience in finance and consulting, has been named by BCS Global Markets, the Investment Banking division of BCS Financial Group, as its Head of Business Management & Development.

Pavlovsky brings two decades of experience to BCS Global Markets in finance and consulting. He will take the lead in business management, business analysis and cross-functional projects across all company branches. Additionally, this will also include performance reviews.

Taking a Look at Pavlovsky’s Career

Prior to BCS Global Markets announcement, Pavlovsky took on the role of Global Head of Equities Business Management at the VTB Group. Between 2011 and 2018, he ran the CIB Business management function at the European subsidiary of VTB Bank in Vienna.

Earlier on before working for the VTB Group, he oversaw the HNWI product management team at Aton.

Before that, he was Senior Project Manager in the Business Technologies team of Renaissance Capital from 2007 to 2010.

His career in Finance started with his experience at the Russian Standard Bank. This occurred after spending five years with a German consulting company. Pavlovsky gained a solid education with a degree from the Belarusian State Economic University. Then, in 2018, he received an MBA in Finance from WU Executive Academy in Austria.

“In light of BCS Global Markets’ complex organizational structure and broad geography, efficient business management is becoming increasingly critical to building a well-functioning portfolio of projects and initiatives, as well as to coordinating shared efforts by different units. I am positive that Evgeny’s expertise will help us improve synergy between different teams and, as a result, boost overall business performance,” said Vadim Kotov, BCS Global Markets’ COO.
