Pantskhava’s new role will involve her co-leading the company’s award-winning fixed income research team.
BCS Global Markets (BCS GM) announced that it has named Kiti Pantskhava as its new Deputy Head of Research and Fixed Income.
In a press release shared with Finance Magnates, Pantskhava, a professional researcher with extensive expertise in oil & gas, metals and mining, has been appointed as the new Deputy Head of Research and Fixed Income by BCS GM, the Investment Banking division of BCS Financial Group. The position will be effective immediately and based in London.
Pantskhava’s new role will involve her co-leading the company’s award-winning fixed income research team. Her team will be in charge of fulfilling the criteria of fixed-income strategy in Russia and other developing markets.
Additionally, she will oversee further development of the firm’s fixed-income research offering. Further, she will expand BCS GM’s current client base by drawing on her extensive network to develop new partnerships.
Moscow-based Gazprombank Asset Management also benefitted from this researcher’s skills in a similar post of Senior Credit Analyst. She satisfactorily made recommendations on portfolio composition. This was based on fundamental credit analysis and relative valuation of corporate bonds from LatAm, Turkey and Russia.
Kiti Pantskhava, Deputy Head of Research and Fixed Income, BCS GM.
Earlier on mid-2013, Pantskhava was secured as a Desk Analyst and EM Credit Trading by Nomura. She was responsible for in-depth analysis on the financial performance of investment-grade, high-yield and distressed companies in Russia, EMEA and Kazakhstan.
In Autumn 2009, she fulfilled the position of Senior Credit Analyst / Research at VTB Capital. She was successful in the role for 3.5 years. Before this, she was a Credit Analyst at Standard Bank Group. Here, she conducted sell-side credit research with a focus on the Eurobond market.
Kirill Chuyko, BCS GM’s Head of Research, said: “As Russia’s leading private independent investment bank, we at BCS GM strive to provide timely, intuitive, and accurate insights that help our clients make sense of the ever-changing global financial environment. Kiti’s experience and understanding of the specific financial market environment in both Moscow and London will be invaluable in strengthening BCS GM’s cross-border solutions and services that help existing and future clients uncover the opportunities arising from this challenging and unprecedented period for markets,” Chuyko Added.
