Former Apple retail maven, Ron Johnson has pioneered a new Startup company, tapped Enjoy, which helps streamline customers’ buying, according to a Tech Times report.

Having originally joined Apple back in 2000, Mr. Johnson served as the technology giant’s Vice President of Retail Operations. More recently, he worked as the CEO of US retailer J.C. Penny.

His latest initiative, Enjoy, is a new startup firm that is designed to implement a level of touch to a customer's buying experience. Per his vision, customers who purchase online products will be afforded expert-guided tutorials on the acquired device, at no extra charge.

Enjoy has been over two years in the making, with Mr. Johnson recruiting people for his new project since 2013. According to Mr. Johnson in a recent statement on the launch, "The key was hiring people who just love to help people," says Johnson. "From here, we'll just take it one customer at a time."
