Eightcap Expands to Dubai with New SCA Licence
Meanwhile, Eightcap has obtained a Dubai Category 5 licence, allowing it to offer financial consultation and operate as an introducing broker. The licence was granted to Eightcap Financial Services MENA, established in January 2025. The firm has registered a website for the Dubai entity, which is not yet operational.
Eightcap joins other brokers, including EC Markets and Taurex, in securing SCA licences that enable them to promote services in the UAE without holding local assets. Eightcap also holds licences in Australia, the UK, Cyprus, and the Bahamas, and is incorporated in Seychelles.
Dubai has become a growing hub for CFD brokers expanding in the Middle East.
