In his new role as the VP of Business Development, Mr. Spiteri will be heading the regional sales team for North America – he will be reporting to Jeff Oulton, President and Chief Operating Officer (CEO) of Provenir, based out of New York City.

Mr. Spiteri joins Provenir from Misys, having served as its Global Sales Director for Lending and North American Sales Director. Collectively, he boasts nearly 15 years of senior level experience working at financial services software providers.
